TTNC Token Factory 30-day trial terms
These terms apply between TTNC Technology Co., Ltd. (tax ID 0125551011461, "TTNC") and the legal entity that applies for the trial ("the Trial User"). When the Trial User's representative ticks acceptance on the application page, the Trial User agrees to these terms.
1. What the trial includes
- Access to the language models of TTNC Token Factory through an API, with a key issued by TTNC.
- A quota of 5,000,000 tokens for the whole trial, counting input and output tokens together, as recorded by TTNC's system.
- Models available: qwen3.8-27b, typhoon2.5-30b and an embedding model. This list may change under section 7.
- Data sent for processing is handled by models installed in Thailand.
- No charge.
Not included in the trial: image generation; fine-tuning or further training of models; other TTNC services such as the platform and work modules; installation or consulting.
2. Applying and approval
- Applicants must be legal entities, apply with an email address on the company's domain, give the company's tax ID, and verify the email address before the request is considered.
- Each company may take the trial once, counted by tax ID.
- TTNC reviews every request and may approve it, decline it, or place it in a waiting queue when the number of concurrent trials is full, without having to give a reason.
- The representative who applies confirms that the information given is true and that they are authorised to act for the company.
3. Receiving and looking after the key
- TTNC does not send keys by email. Once approved, TTNC sends a link to collect the key that opens only once and expires.
- The Trial User must keep the key secret, use it only within the company, and is responsible for all use made with that key.
- If the key may have leaked, tell TTNC at once. TTNC may suspend the key and issue a new one within the remaining quota and period.
4. Duration and ending
- The trial lasts 30 days from the day TTNC issues the key. TTNC states the end date when it issues the key.
- The key stops working at once after 30 days or when the quota is used up, whichever comes first.
- There is no automatic renewal.
- The Trial User may ask TTNC once to extend the trial. Any extension is at TTNC's discretion, and the extra time or quota is as TTNC states when approving it.
- To keep using the service, the Trial User can move to a paid package at any time by contacting TTNC.
- The Trial User may end the trial at any time by telling TTNC.
5. Acceptable use
The Trial User must not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including their intellectual property and personal data;
- create or spread unlawful or deceptive content, or harmful software;
- resell or rent the service, let third parties use the key, or expose it to the public through the Trial User's own systems;
- penetration-test, scan for vulnerabilities in, or try to access TTNC's systems beyond the access granted;
- get around the quota, or apply again with other details to get another trial;
- send unusual volumes of work that affect the service for other users.
AI output may be wrong or incomplete. The Trial User must check it before use and must not rely on it alone for decisions with legal, financial, health or personal-safety consequences.
6. The Trial User's data
6.1 Information given when applying
- Company name, tax ID, contact name, email, phone number, what you want to try, and the IP address and time of applying and verifying the email, which the system records itself.
- Used to consider the request, check that the applicant is a legal entity, prevent repeat applications, get back to you, and set up the trial.
- Only TTNC staff involved in reviewing the request and providing the service can see it.
- TTNC does not sell this information or disclose it to third parties, except with the Trial User's consent or where the law requires.
- Kept for as long as needed for these purposes. The tax ID is kept on an ongoing basis to enforce the one-trial-per-company rule, even after you ask for your other information to be deleted.
6.2 Data sent to the models
- Processed by models installed in Thailand.
- TTNC does not keep the text you send to the models or the output; the system records only the usage data in 6.3.
- TTNC does not use the data the Trial User sends to the models to train models.
- As the trial has no service-level guarantee, TTNC recommends using test data or non-confidential data during the trial.
6.3 Usage data
The system records every call, to count the quota, run the service and keep it secure, including:
- the source IP address of the call;
- the time, model called, token counts, calculated cost, key name, the team or organisation the key belongs to, and the status and response time of the request;
- an end-user ID, only if your system sends one with the request. TTNC does not require it; if you send it, it is recorded, and you decide what value to send.
Kept for 13 months, then deleted on schedule.
6.4 Seeing, correcting or deleting data
- The Trial User may ask to see, correct or delete its information through the contact in section 12.
- TTNC may have to keep some information where the law requires, and keeps the tax ID to enforce the one-trial-per-company rule under 6.1.
7. No service-level guarantee
- The trial carries no service-level guarantee for availability, speed or response time.
- The service may slow down or pause for maintenance or faults, possibly without notice.
- TTNC may change the list of available models during the trial.
- The service is provided "as is".
8. Suspension
TTNC may suspend or cancel the trial at once, without notice, if:
- the Trial User breaks these terms;
- the information given when applying is untrue;
- the use affects the system or other users;
- security requires it.
9. Liability
- As the service is free of charge, TTNC is not liable for any damage arising from using or being unable to use it, to the extent the law allows, except damage caused by TTNC's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The Trial User is responsible for the content it sends to the service and for how it uses the output.
10. Changes to these terms
TTNC may change these terms. A new version applies to applications made after its publication date. Trial Users in the middle of a trial are told by email at the address they applied with.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.
