Healthcare Intelligence

AI that helps hospital staff — without diagnosing in place of doctors. A concept TTNC is designing with hospitals — a screen prototype for discussion, not a system in use. All data is fictional.

A patient asks whether to fast before a blood test. What do I tell them?
For blood sugar and lipid tests, no food or drinks other than water for 8–12 hours; water is fine. For other tests, follow the note on the appointment slip.

Routing rules

AI answers the general questions. Symptoms go to people.

Every patient message is sorted by type. General questions are answered from the hospital's service guide; symptoms, medicines and personal data go to the right staff member. AI does not diagnose, recommend treatment or change medication.

This may be an emergency. Call 1669 now or go to the nearest emergency room. A nurse is contacting you.

AI does not diagnose, recommend treatment or change medication — that work belongs to doctors, nurses and pharmacists. Every message and hand-off is logged for review.

What HCi is being designed to do

Requests from chat or web go into a queue, reminders go out, and reminder calls are ordered. Staff confirm every booking; the score only orders calls and never removes a patient's right to care.

Where patient data lives

Health data is sensitive data

Health data is sensitive personal data under Thai personal-data protection law, so we recommend Private AI (Full), with every layer in systems the hospital controls. Links to the HIS, pharmacy stock and chat channels are designed with each hospital.
