• This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• You can visit and read everything without giving us any information.

2.1 When you fill in the contact form or choose to send a conversation to the team

• Your name, company, email address or phone number, the topic you're interested in, and your message.
• If you tick the box to send your Playground conversation with the AI to the sales team, we receive that conversation by email to the sales team. If you don't tick it, the conversation is neither sent nor kept.
• We use it only to get back to you and answer your question.
• Only the TTNC staff involved in getting back to you can see it.
• TTNC does not sell this information or disclose it to third parties, except with your consent or where the law requires.
• We keep it for as long as needed to stay in contact and provide the related services.

2.2 Technical information

When you use the service, the system records usage information for security and billing, such as the time, the amount of use and the source IP address. How long it is kept and the details follow the terms of service. The web pages are delivered by an external cloud provider, which may keep the usual records of file requests.

• The web pages you read are delivered by an external cloud provider.
• What you enter in the form and the messages you type to the AI go straight from your browser to TTNC's systems in Thailand — they do not pass through that cloud provider.
• The AI service runs on models installed in Thailand. Terms for using the AI service are separate from this policy.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, through the contact in section 6. TTNC may have to keep some information where the law requires.

TTNC may update this policy; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
